REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At One Above Foods, we prepare fresh African meals made to order. Because food safety, quality, and hygiene are our top priority, we operate a strict no-return food policy.

1. Order Policy
All meals are freshly prepared upon confirmation of order.Once preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

- Wrong order delivered (items not matching your request)
- Missing items from your orderFood is spoiled, unsafe, or not fit for consumption upon delivery
- Delivery error caused by One Above FoodsAll issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after orderingLate delivery due to traffic or external delays
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (address, phone number, etc.) Taste preference differences
- Orders already prepared or delivered correctly

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins Once cooking starts, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance

5. Catering Orders:
For catering services:
- Booking confirmation requires advance notice and may require a deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable once planning or preparation begins
- Final payment must be completed before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not received:Contact us immediately via phone or emailWe will investigate and resolve eligible issues promptly

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved: Refunds are processed via bank transfer onlyProcessing time: 3–7 business days
